As day turned into night, the unicorns continued to feast and listen. Whispering Winds had finished telling the tale of Tibbits family and of her power. Awestruck, Tibbits had no idea of these powers and was very intimidated by them. How could her Mother not tell her of these powers? She shall never get to know that answer.

Off in the distance, the was a magical forest sparkling and one could hear soft, pleasant, warm music coming from within. Walking towards this music, she felt ever so relaxed as if she knew that it was safe for her to enter. She looked around and saw small little creatures flying and dancing. Larger creatures sang and danced along with the smaller one careful not to hurt them.

Suddenly, she saw the most beautiful creature she had ever known. Fairy Lace glanced again to make sure who she was looking at, she smiles and galloped toward her Mother. Fancy Face smiled at her daughter and nudged her side telling her that she loved her. "Mother, what are you doing here?" Fairy Lace asked with excitement. Only Fancy Face could not speak. She looked into Fairy Lace's eyes and told her this..."I am only here to tell you that you are safe with your friends and that I will be here whenever you need me." Stunned, Fairy Lace couldn't quite understand this and with that her Mother disappeared from her sight.

Saddened, Fairy Lace continued through this magical place seeing many things and wanted to know more about it. She could see as her eye would allow knowing that she was safe. She relaxed for the first time since the journey began. She wanted to stay but knew that she must continue with Night Sky and Tibbits.

Looking behind her, she noticed that Night Sky and Tibbits were not with her. "Night Sky? Tibbits? Where are you?" she cried. She wanted to go forward but she needed to go back. Standing there confused. "Where are they and why do they not answer me?" she thought. Then to her surprise there stood a small creature no bigger that her hoof. This creature was a beautiful beautiful butterfly and told her that she was safe and not to worry about her friends and to continue going through the forest.

Fairy Lace started going back but the butterfly reassured her that she need not to worry. Finally, she relented and continued forward. Along the way, Fairy Lace saw many mystical and magical things that she could never explain to others of their beauty or of the feelings that she felt from them. She smiled and sat down to rest and listen to the sounds that were surrounding her. She closed her eyes and listened.

Suddenly, there was a loud crack of lightening and boom of thunder. Fairy Lace jumped up and looked around her to see what happened. When she calmed down she saw that Night Sky , Tibbits, and Whispering Winds were her with her in the cave.

It had all been a dream....

Standing at the entrance of the cave stood Whispering Winds. Tibbits flew over and greeted her with a bow. Looking unsure of this, Fairy Lace bowed as Tibbits did to show respect for this grand creature. Meanwhile, Night Sky stood there wondering if he too should bow or ask the question that was in his head..."Who is this creature that comes to us in this weather?"

Whispering Winds looked over at Tibbits and smiled. "Hello Tibbits. It has been a long time since I have talked to you. I know what you want and I am here to help." Flying around, Tibbits found a rock to perch herself upon and settled in to listen as Whispering Winds spoke. "I know that you are on a journey to find others like yourselves and you shall. However, there is something you MUST know before going any further." Whispering Winds began.

Night Sky and Fairy Lace settled in and listened as Whispering Winds explained to them about Tibbits and her story. "Tibbits had a wonderful family of lovely trust worthy fairies. They were trusted by all unicorns and pegasus alike. Until one day, the Golden Unicorn wanted all the fairies to work only for him. Tibbits family flew away as fast as they could but they were not fast enough to out fly the lightening blot for the horn of this majestic creature and perished." Whispering Winds stopped and looked at Tibbits who was trying very hard not to cry but could not help herself.

"The unicorns and pegasus were in shock as what had happened to the fairies and ran and flew away as well." continued Whispering Winds looking at Fairy Lace. "I feel your pain my dear young unicorn but fear not Tibbits has her own powers that will defeat him. However, Tibbits does not know of these powers and that is why I am here." Fairy Lace stunned by the fact that Whispering Winds knew what she was thinking and asked her "Why doesn't Tibbits know that she has powers? And how can she defeat him?"

Just then Night Sky came over to Tibbits and nudge her. "Do you know of these powers of which she is speaking?" he asked. Tibbits looked back at him and looked back at Whispering Winds as if asking for some kind of answer. This is what Whispering Winds told the young unicorns and to the sad little fairy who has lost too much.

"Tibbits has the magic of invisibility. When she is close to those with an heart not pure, she then disappears from their sight. Those who have a pure heart will still be able to see her and then she will be able to guide them to safety." explained Whispering Winds.

Tibbits was not sure if she should speak or just let it sink in. She remembers her mother telling her that there was something special about her but was not able to explain to her what it was. The unicorns wanted to understand more about this Golden Unicorn that they will face on their long journey.

We last saw our friends starting their long journey to the Unknown....

Tibbits told Night Sky that they should head towards the mountains. Fairy Lace was starting to wonder if this was a good idea as she has heard strange noises coming from the foot hills. Seeing the look on her face, Tibbits flew by her and touched her gently and said "It will be ok, there is someone there we can talk to." Still not convinced, she started walking.

During their walk towards the mountain the noise was growing and soon Night Sky stopped and looked around wondering what the strange sound was. It was Whispering Winds calling them. Uneasy Fairy Lace walked up to Tibbits and asked "What is that sound?" Tibbits not wanting to scare her just looked ahead and said "She is a friend of mine, and she will tell you things that will help along our journey."

Up in the mountains stood the most beautiful pegasus. Looking down at the threesome, this majestic creature stands with such authority. "Tibbits, I know what you want and I will help."
Whispering Winds said to herself knowing what is in store for these young unicorns.

Night Sky looked up into the foothills and saw this creature and was not sure who or what it was... Suddenly it began to rain and they need to find a place for the night. Up ahead was a cave, they ran to it and looked inside to see food of various kinds laying on the ground as if it was there for them. "Look at this bounty of food!" Tibbits exclaimed. This bountiful feast was overwhelming. They settled in and began to eat this wonderful meal.

"Did you see that creature up in the mountains looking at us?" Night Sky asked. Tibbits looked up from her food and said "Yes, that is Whispering Winds. She will be the one we will talk to." Lightening crackled across the sky making Fairy Lace jump and saw a shadow. There in the opening of the cave stood Whispering Winds.

As the day turns into night the two beautiful creatures made by the grace of God look at each other and wonder if there is others like them. The mystical creatures stand for grace and passion and long to be with those who will care for them.

Night Sky and Fairy Lace walk the Earth looking for something unknown to them and as they walk they start to talk to each other and looking forward to learning more about the other on their journey to the Unknown.

Night Sky is a male unicorn, who is grand and proud, knowing that it is now his responsibility to care for Fairy Lace. He looks as magnificant as can be with his flowing mane and tail looking for shelter in the night. Fairy Lace is a female unicorn, who is gentle and shy, knowing that she is responsible for helping Night Sky search for others like them. She looks beautiful and calm as she walks and while she runs she looks very graceful.

Their journey begins in the forest, where they see a small creature unknown to them and Night Sky asks this creature "Have you seen others like us?" The stunned little creature looks at Night Sky and replies " Yes, I have seen others in a far away land. You will have to journey far away to see them. The trip will be long and can be dangerous. Would you like me to go with you as a guide?" Listening to this little creature, Night Sky needed to think as Fairy Lace looked at him with a knowing look and he then replied "Yes, please come with us and be our guide. But if you please, What is your name little creature?"

"My name is Tibbits, I am what some call a "winged creature..." I prefer to be known as a fairy." The unicorns looked at her and smiled for the first time since meeting each other. Night Sky shook his mane and looked at them and said "Our journey begins here as friends."
